It's more of the dragon thinking "That's a strange looking dragon."

I wouldn't think Snarl would slay a dragon for the sake of a costume would she? *shrugs* Unless is was one of those evil ones she defeated.

Haha probably not

The original storyline included a chapter where she beat up a dragon but later made friends with it after she found out the dragon as framed but then that got cut for one reason or another
